Laurel Hill Trail & Camp is a hidden treasure. Prices are very reasonable and Robert is making improvements every day. The riding at Laurel Hill is fairly easy to navigate and very pretty with lots of water and a trail around the lake. There is not enough trails to make a week long ride but plenty for a weekend trip. If you do not know your way around, Robert will gladly lead your group out at no extra cost. The campground hosts water/electric hookups, clean bathhouses and a newly built barn for your horse. We enjoyed the great hospitality and personal attention we received there and have added this campground as one of our regular stops.

Best Vacation Ever!! Friendly courteous folks that go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful in every way. The campsites, barn, campground and facilities were all clean and well maintained. The staff checked on you during your stay to make sure everything was working and that you didn't need anything. They even cleaned out the back of our horse trailer and helped unload our tack! That was definitely a first. True West has direct access to trails that lead to major trailheads in Big South Fork. No trailering required. Plenty of beautiful trails to ride with destination sites along the way. We stayed 4 days and never rode a fraction of the trails. This was our first trip to True West but will not be our last.
